Terms & Policies

TABLA MIA | TERMS & POLICIES BOOKING & PAYMENTS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event dates. Final payment is due no later than five (5) days before the event. Dates are not reserved until the deposit has been received.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within five (5) days of the event are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability.

ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Clients are responsible for informing Tabla Mia of any food allergies prior to the event. Tabla Mia cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contamination.

WEATHER & UNFORESEEN EVENTS

Tabla Mia shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, natural disasters, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

FOOD SAFETY

Tabla Mia is not responsible for food quality or safety once service has concluded. Proper food handling after service becomes the responsibility of the client.

RENTALS & DAMAGES

Clients are responsible for any excessive damage, theft, or missing rental items. Replacement fees may apply.

MEDIA RELEASE

Tabla Mia may photograph event setups for marketing purposes. Clients may request photography restrictions in writing prior to the event.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tabla Mia liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client. By booking, the client releases Tabla Mia from liability for circumstances beyond reasonable control.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action shall be brought in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
