Meet Melissa, the founder.
Tabla Mia is my passion project, rooted in my love for food, wine, and the way people come together around a beautiful table.
I started Tabla Mia in 2019 and relaunched it in 2025 with a more intentional vision: boutique charcuterie carts, workshops, and specialty experiences that feel personal, polished, and memorable.
When I am not working on Tabla Mia, I am a wife and a mom. I pour the same care into every setup that I would want for my own family: thoughtful details, beautiful presentation, and a guest experience that feels warm, easy, and special.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible is best, especially for weekends, holidays, school events, and corporate gatherings. If your event is coming up soon, send an inquiry and we will confirm availability.
Do you service Miami-Dade and Broward?
Yes. Tabla Mia is based in Miami and primarily serves Miami-Dade and Broward. Requests outside the area may be reviewed based on availability, distance, and travel needs.
Do you offer custom menus?
Our charcuterie cart offers curated menu selections, and our Cuban appetizer cart has a standard menu. If you are interested in a different cart concept, such as a Mexican cart, themed cart, or specialty menu, please email us with your idea. Custom requests are reviewed case by case and depend on availability, event details, and whether the concept is possible for our setup.
Can the cart be customized?
Yes. Signage, styling, colors, and select presentation details can be customized depending on your service and event needs. Corporate branding and event signage may also be available.
What happens after I submit a booking request?
After you submit your request, you will receive a booking confirmation. Once your details are reviewed, we will send an approval email with an invoice for the deposit if the date and service are available.
Do you require a deposit?
For carts, workshops, and running board experiences, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled at least 30 days before the event date, any remaining balance that has not been paid will be cancelled, or refunded if it was already paid. Cancellations made closer to the event date may be subject to the terms provided in your booking agreement.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please share any allergies or dietary needs before booking. While we do our best to accommodate when possible, our products may be prepared in spaces where common allergens are present.
What is required for setup?
We need a clean, level space for setup and access to the event area before guest arrival. Additional setup details will be confirmed once your event is approved.
Do you provide plates, napkins, and serving pieces?
Standard disposable serving essentials are included unless otherwise noted. Upgraded presentation items may be available depending on the service.
